Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from SVG Temple about temple events, festival schedules, puja and service timings, facility closures, and volunteer and donation announcements. Messages are sent in the language you select at sign-up: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.

How to join

You can subscribe by completing the form at svgtemple.org/sms-optin, by signing the printed sign-up sheet at the temple office or festival registration desk, or by texting JOIN to +1 708-627-9127. Consent is not a condition of any donation, purchase, or temple service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, approximately 4–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. SVG Temple does not charge for this service.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe at any time.
